I wholeheartedly agree with your points and applaud you for your work in making sex education more multifaceted. I too learned (barely) the mechanics of sex as a teen, but nothing of the emotional or hormonal sides of it. We can do so much better by addressing the topic of sex openly, without shame or secrecy or lack of nuance.
